      Young Ford is a full service dealership.  We offer services in New and Pre-Owned Sales, Fleet Sales, Automotive Service, Parts and Collision repair.  It is important to us that when you contact us by phone or email that your direct automotive needs and questions are handled in a professional manner. 

     Our Business Development Center was created to extend our sales customers with the answers they expect from a full service provider.  The Business Development Specialist can provide our sales customers with general information and assist in directing you to a certified professional which can provide sound advice and address our customer’s specific request.   They also will make sure our customers have been taken care and will follow up to insure that your experience with Young Ford, met your expectations.

     Our Internet Department will have a Business Development Specialist initially contact you to make sure your initial questions are answered and determine your specific request.  Once your needs have been determined then our Internet Sales Professional will work individually with you in determining your vehicle specifications, features and equipment options.  They are Ford Internet Certified and Product Certified, which will give you the professional attention needed to meet your automotive needs.  They have the ability to locate and/or build a Ford specific product to meet your expectations.
